Return and refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
Returned products must be in the same condition as received — unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene-related items, products must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions:
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Certain personal care products


Starting a Return

If you wish to return a product, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo in case of damage

  • Your contact details


Refunds

Procedure:
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

First check your bank account.

Costs

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be sent to our fulfilment partner in China.

Return shipping costs start from approximately €20 and are the responsibility of the customer.


Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge.

If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated processing system.
